Plexus is seeking a highly motivated and resultsoriented Business Development Director to join our talented team. In this critical role you will be responsible for identifying and securing new revenue streams within the Healthcare & Life Sciences market driving significant growth for Plexus.
In this exciting role you will:
Hunt and Conquer: Identify and pursue highvalue target accounts leveraging your deep industry knowledge and strategic selling expertise to build compelling value propositions.
Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with key decisionmakers at all levels from Csuite executives to engineers fostering longterm partnerships and customer loyalty.
Lead with Innovation: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (engineering manufacturing marketing) to develop and deliver innovative solutions that address the unique challenges and opportunities within the Healthcare & Life Sciences landscape.
Drive Market Growth: Conduct indepth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends competitive landscapes and new business opportunities.
Represent Plexus with Distinction: Act as a true ambassador for Plexus showcasing our expertise in electronics manufacturing and our commitment to customer success.
