Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for mentoring a team of 46 Junior engineers.
- Participate in all agile rituals including daily standups iteration planning story huddles retrospectives and creation of burnup charts.
- Ensure that all work is captured in Jira.
- Supports and develops software developers by providing advice coaching and educational opportunities.
Requirements:
- B. Tech/ BE Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 04 to 06 years of programming in Core Java and with the Spring framework.
- Good knowledge of objectoriented design data structures algorithms and SQL.
- Experience working with hibernate Jenkins Maven and CI/CD pipelines.
- Wellversed in Testdriven development.
- Strong hold on system design and architecture and demonstrated experience in developing things from scratch.
- Excited about working in a growthstage startup learning and solving problems without getting constrained by current knowledge or experience.
- Experience building operationally critical services especially in eCommerce.
- Required to work with the development team in Canada (as per business needs).
