Job Summary

Were excited to announce were hiring Processing Technicians! Join our team and play a key role in the fascinating world of nutritional supplements. As a Processing Technician youll be at the heart of production transforming fresh and dehydrated mushrooms into premium healthboosting products.

Your responsibilities will include milling raw mushrooms into highquality ingredients creating innovative blends that support wellness and expertly packaging our products for delivery. Youll also monitor production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations while maintaining safety and quality through current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Key Responsibilities

• Milling of raw mushrooms into powder form
• Ability to handmix mushroom powders according to prescribed formulary
• Ability to operate all equipment according to work instruction and training detect issues and troubleshoot
• Complete accurate documentation and data entry
• Promote a work environment that meets cGMP regulations by following all established procedures and completing all required cGMP training
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to and enforcing all safety protocols fostering a culture of safety awareness and actively participating in required training sessions and safety meetings.
• Fosters teamwork by collaborating with peers and assisting as needed to meet all daily objectives.

• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects to completion
• Well organized with the ability to set priorities and meet reasonable deadlines

• Assist with efficient team operation and continuous process improvement by participating actively in all team and departmental meetings as requested
• Ensures a safe work environment by following all safety rules maintaining strong safety awareness and participating in required safety training and meetings
• Promotes a work environment that meets cGMP regulations by following all established procedures and completing all required training on cGMPs
• Portions of this position are in a cGMP area therefore masks lab coats and hair/beard nets must be worn. No makeup perfumes acrylic or artificial nails or jewelry are allowed in cGMP work areas
• A preemployment physical is required prior to employment

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent with 6 months of related experience or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Working Conditions

The ideal candidate for this position should be physically fit able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs as the role is very physical and involves processing techniques. The work environment can be noisy requiring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and may expose you to extreme temperatures outdoor weather and slippery surfaces. Strong mathematical skills are essential including the ability to calculate proportions area volume and percentages along with a grasp of basic algebra and geometry. You must possess strong language skills to read analyze and interpret standard operating procedures (SOPs) technical documents safety guidelines and computer manuals. Additionally you should have the reasoning ability to solve practical problems in situations with limited standardization and to interpret various types of instructions. Finally effective interpersonal skills are crucial for organizing and communicating your thoughts clearly actively listening and responding appropriately while maintaining composure in a dynamic work environment
