WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
Managing the customer migration to the Relias Learning Management System
Being the point person for solution builds configuration and end user training
Managing the progress of the technical and training aspects of the migration process
Developing and fostering positive relationships and building rapport with customers
Ensuring outstanding communication is maintained with all customers
YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
Bachelors Degree in relatable field
Prior experience with client facing projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Time management skills and ability to prioritize
Problem solving skills and ability to drive projects to completion
