Job Description
Mentor Technical Group (MTG) provides a comprehensive portfolio of technical support and solutions for the FDAregulated industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee construction projects from planning to completion ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
- Implement Project Control strategies to track project progress cost management and risk assessment.
- Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resource plans.
- Coordinate with contractors suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth .
- Ensure construction activities align with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Manage documentation reporting and contract administration.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:Bachelors degree in civil engineering Construction Management or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8years in Construction Management Project Control and Project Management.
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools (e.g. Primavera P6 MS Project).
- Strong knowledge of cost control risk management and contract administration.
- Experience in regulated industries like pharmaceuticals manufacturing etc. is a plus.
- Excellent leadership problemsolving and communication skills.
