How will you make a difference
You will play a key role in executing monitoring and optimizing retail media campaigns across ecommerce platforms. Through structured training youll become proficient in our proprietary tools and develop the skills to analyze performance data refine strategies and optimize bidding and keyword management. Youll also be eager to continuously learn retail media strategy campaign set up and optimization processes to support the team and clients accounts providing insights to drive growth in a competitive landscape. Your efforts will directly impact client success by helping them achieve their digital marketing goals and expand their online presence.
What will you do
- Implement monitor and optimize advertising campaigns acrossonline retail andmarketplace channels (e.g. Amazon Walmart Home Depot etc. to support client core business objectives.
- Analyze and assess the performance of Amazon Advertising campaigns. Translate quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the campaign structure to align with overarching channel strategy.
- Research categorize and refine keyword and product lists to inform the management of campaigns that drive qualified visitors to product landing pages.
- Implement successful bidding strategies and effective keyword and audience management to meet client KPI expectations.
- Compile performance data to include in regular reporting to clients and share performance insights with each accounts Strategist providing the why behind performance trends.
- Communicate regularly with clients on status timeline budget deliverables and performance reporting.
- Actively participate in a collaborative team environment including regular meetings with your team Strategist Team Lead and crosschannel peers to enhance the agencys collective strategic approach.
- Prioritize experimentation in your client work. Regularly evaluate and share learnings internally to support continuous improvement.
- When asked partner with Sales and your team Strategist to evaluate prospect opportunities for marketplace growth through advertising strategy and create tailored recommendations to secure new agreements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum qualifications are listed below; however stronger skillsets and experience are welcome and rewarded at ROI!
- Bachelors degree
- 1 years of retail media experience or
- 2 years of online retail or digital/performance marketing experience
Essential Qualifications:
- Comfort working in a fastpaced everchanging environment.
- Affinity for working with data and propensity for a datafirst approach to answering business questions.
- Strong time management organization and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Desire to test and learn new tools technologies and strategies.
- Embodies ROIs core values and is willing to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
