About the role:

Are you ready to be a key player in a dynamic and impactful program Were looking for a talented Executive Assistant to provide toptier administrative support to our Director of The MacKillop Institute. In this exciting role youll be at the heart of a fastpaced environment working closely with the Director to drive success and innovation. This is a Permanent PartTime 22.8 hours per week 0.6 x EFT) opportunity based in South Melbourne within The MacKillop Institute. The position reports to the Director of The MacKillop Institute.


Key Selection Criteria:

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Senior administrative experience and proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with others and exercise influence in a diversity of contexts.
  • An ability to manage a range of complex issues and competing priorities by utilising analytical and conceptual skills.
