Job Description
Key activities include overseeing the end to end implementation of all Third Party Oversight engagements and Third Party Intermediaries. Our global clients are increasingly focused on the effectiveness of Trade Finance providers in delivering and executing solutions that aid in the support of their businesses and working capital objectives. Your role will also involve enhancing the client experience through a continual review of endtoend process improvement tools and organizational structure to determine what we need to do to make it easier to acquire onboard and serve clients. Trade and Working Capital team also provides support for the Export Finance and Portfolio Management (risk distribution). The role requires strong knowledge of webbased solutions and the technical and operational aspects.

- Manage and Oversee implementation of TPO(s) review performance metrics address escalations and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements & coordination with product managers globally.
- Establish a framework & governance for a robust oversight of the T&WC TPO inventory and a unified standard baseline for regulatory compliance reporting and admin engagement on all active steady state TPO.
- Manage the legal contracts and related negotiation and partnering with Product leads and application owners.
- Develop and distribute dashboards and KPI(s) for steady state TPO(s) for monthly reporting for T&WC Senior Management
- Coordinate with J.P. Morgan internal partners Legal Compliance Supplier Services Technology ensuring all tasks and activities are completed on schedule.
- Contribute to initiatives on system and process enhancement and change management projects.
- Comprehend projects with a high level of accuracy & display a strong understanding of the deliverables. Support operational and administrative requirements.
- University degree with minimum 2 years ofexperience in project management or vendor handling & system implementation activities.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Able to communicate and interact effectively with people at all levels.
- Selfdirected highly motivated and able to work independently to deliver in a timely and accurate manner strong attention to detail.
- Ability to think flexibly & strategically and learn rapidly.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong work ethic and can do attitude.
- Technological orientation with proficiency inMicrosoft Word Excel and PowerPoint with exposure to digital channels and electronic Banking platforms.
- Project management and attention to detail.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Experience in Transaction Banking or Trade Finance product will be added advantage
