Hiring Salary:$2916.67/month
- This is a fulltime (equivalent to 40 hours per week) nonexempt position.
- Positions at Fresno State are to perform their work onsite. Some positions depending upon University needs and operations may be eligible for remote work one day per week pursuant to Fresno States remote work guidelines and the CSU policy.

Job Summary
Under the direction of the Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Performance the incumbent will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the strength and conditioning facility and programs for varsity studentathletes; the development and implementation of athletic performance enhancement programs for sports as assigned and other administrative responsibilities as delegated by the Assistant Athletics Director for Sports Performance.
Major duties of the job include:
- Assist with the implementation of Sports Performance program for football.
- Provide a highlevel of service including but not limited to the development of athletic performance enhancement programs as it relates to injury prevention and performance enhancement (strength development power development yeararound planning recovery sport science etc. for sport as assigned.
- Support the management and oversight of a comprehensive data collection and monitoring process
- Assist with screening process to evaluate injury risk from impaired or compensatory movement patterns leading to chronic overuse and muscle strains.
- Collaborate with Sports Medicine and Nutrition to determine best practices to impact the performance of studentathletes as well as returntoplay protocols.
- Effectively motivate athletes to excel to achieve maximum potential in all areas of performance.
- Maintain a professional level of communication between sport coaches administrators and staff.
- Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Athletics Director for Strength and Conditioning
Key Qualifications
- Experience/knowledge of various technologies to collect and analyze performance data (VX Sport GPS Vald force plates 1080 sprint).
- Competence with Microsoft Power BI Microsoft and Google suites and analytics software
- Excellent communication and collaboration skill
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management organizational and recordkeeping skills

Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in related field
- At least 6 months experience working within a collegiate or professional setting
- CSCCA or CSCS accredited National Certification as required by NCAA regulations
- CPR/AED certification
