Position Overview:

This position is for aDevSecOps Engineer. You will be working closely with a talented team to deliver a complex software application into operations. In addition youll have the opportunity to grow and hone your skills with other talented members at ARKA. Our ideal candidate is a DevSecOps Engineer who is a hard charging selfstarter that can come onto a team and begin to produce quickly. You should have a basic understanding of Kubernetes containerization automated test and deployment pipelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or related engineering field
• 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and engaging with virtual or remote teams
• Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
• Basic knowledge of AWS cloud platform
• Basic knowledge of administration of Linux based operating systems
• Scripting and automation skills (e.g. Bash Python PowerShell etc)
• Familiarity with cloud security best practices like encryption access control and identity management
• Understanding of security compliance cloud security assessments and audits
• Experience with security scanning tools OS patching and vulnerability remediation
• IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. CompTIA Security CISSP or CASP)
• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly U.S. Government Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile software development methodology
• Experience with container tools (Docker Podman) and container orchestration
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform CloudFormation)
• Basic understanding of observability tools like Prometheus Grafana or similar

Pay Range: $110000 $140000

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a casebycase basis and may vary based on the following considerations: jobrelated knowledge and skills education and experience.
