St. Anns Catholic School Quesnel
Early Childhood Educator
St. Anns Catholic School is seeking a certified Early Childhood Educator for a fulltime 1.0 FTE position 40 hours/week) commencing immediately. The program operates within the overall programming of the school currently offering full time daycare preschool and kinder prep preschool. The ideal applicant will be responsible for supporting this programming possess a valid Early Childhood Educator license a valid First Aid certificate and provide a valid Criminal Record Check. Relocation assistance may be available.

- Work collaboratively to plan implement and assess developmentally appropriate activities and experiences
- Are energetic and enthusiastic about working with children
- Build trust and positive relationships with students families coworkers and supervisors through effective communication and collaborative efforts
- Foster a welcoming safe environment
- Demonstrate a high degree of initiative planning and organizational skills
- Provide responsible and effective supervision of children of varying ages
The Early Childhood Educator Worker or Assistant is responsible for keeping with the philosophy of St. Anns Catholic School and the Catholic Diocese of Kamloops as well as for quality client service to foster student and program success. A degree course work and experience in this area would be greatly valued.
