Job Description
Seasoned Coach with skills to transform culture and focus onhuman centered transformation
Certified SPC with 10 years of overall experience in beingpart of or managing large programs and/or Product lifecycle
5 years of related experience being an Agile Coach atEnterprise level in executive coaching for large scale agile transformations
2years of relatedexperience being a Program level coach and/or RTE
5 years of peoplemanagement experience (with Certified Scrum Master in SAFe or CSM orCSPO/PSPO/POPM) in agile programs
Experience andunderstanding of Design Thinking DEVSECOPS SRE Change management practicesetc.
Experience and Coachingusing HSD Clean Language Spiral Dynamics Systemic coaching Agenda Shiftetc. for people transformation
Experience in APM Toolslike Jira Jira Align Rally Confluence etc. and facilitation tools like MiroMural etc. is must
Experience coaching indistributed Agile delivery environments and facilitate remote workshops
Certification fromICAgile PMI ScrumAlliance on Agile Coaching will be a great addition
