What Youll Do:
- Develop and lead a content strategy that aligns with Kapitols brand and business goals.
- Create and execute compelling blog and social media content across key channels like LinkedIn and Instagram that drives engagement.
- Track and analyse social media performance using analytical tools.
- Monitor manage and respond to social media communications.
- Be an active member of the leadership team and contribute to meetings.
- Stay ahead of platform updates and industry trends to ensure our digital marketing remains innovative.
Who You Are:
- Highly experienced social media specialist with proven skills in engaging a mature audience within the construction sector.
- Collaborative style who can build and maintain relationships with each of the functional areas providing engaging content for them.
- Driven individual who will provide daily content on LinkedIn Instagram Blogging (including video) and long form content opportunities.
- Tasked with raising the focus of social content to shine a light on the Technical Quality and Capability of Kaptiols project and teams.
