Job Description

What is the job role

We are searching for a Site Operative to join our team at Gael Force Fusion Limited based at customer sites.

This role will involve frequent working away from home for a period of up to three weeks at a time on a 3 weeks on 2 weeks off rotation.


What were looking for:

  • To support and assist Fabricators as and where required under appropriate instruction and supervision.
  • To carry out any additional duties including operation of general machinery cleaning and packing and any other duties as requested by your line manager.
  • To support and assist the company in all areas of development and customer service.
  • To work effectively as part of the team in the prefabrication and assembly of fish cages and pontoons and other products in factory and site work locations.
  • To carry our additional duties including forklift truck operations operation of general machinery cleaning packing and dispatch duties and any other duties requested by your line manager.
  • To cooperate with and meet any statutory duties placed upon you by the company under Health and Safety regulations and legislation.
  • To maintain at all times a high level of housekeeping and report any problem areas to your line manager.
  • Work to all relevant company policies and procedures.

  • Flexible.
  • Good team worker.
