Regency Care of Silver Spring is seeking a dedicated and experienced Unit Manager to oversee our skilled nursing unit. The Unit Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents while managing a team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate nursing staff on the unit
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Develop and implement care plans
- Assess residents needs and provide appropriate support
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Maryland
- Previous experience in nursing leadership roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
