Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Person to undertake upkeep and repair tasks. Well rely on you to do various odd jobs. Deft hands and technical knowledge are important parts of a persons arsenal. You must be wellorganized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job.
- Remodeling Experience
- Reliable and Hardworking
- Provide your own tools
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid Drivers License
- Reliable transportation
- Previous restoration experience is a plus.
- Able to move and/or lift 50 lbs.
- Pass background check and drug screen
- 12 years experience in multitrade construction supervision.
- Must possess and show trade skills in rough and finish carpentry light plumbing electrical troubleshooting painting drywall patching and finishing etc.
- Clean driving record.
- Good communication ability
- Wellorganized and apt in problemsolving
- Attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
