Job Description
- Answer phones
- Schedule appointments
- Welcome and check in clients and patients
- Check out clients and patients
- Collect and process payments
- Communicate with clients before and after appointments as needed
- Provide clients with accurate information in a friendly caring compassionate and professional manner
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
- At least one year experience in customer service in any industry
- At least one year experience as a veterinary or medical receptionist preferred
- Excellent customer service skills including the ability to interact calmly with emotional clients
- Phone skills including a clear speaking voice
- Accurate data entry and money handling skills
- Work well within a team
- Be responsive to professional feedback and direction
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Maintain a positive demeanor in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work in the vicinity of and engage in limited handling of dogs cats and other small mammals
- Pay starts at $17.00/hr. Paid weekly.
