Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for an Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team! The right candidatewill be ambitioushave excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to meet and exceed goals. Daytoday tasks will include developing client relationships and providing product solutions that best meet our customers needs.

Responsibilities
  • Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting tradeins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting dropins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics capabilities and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
  • Close sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts
  • Meeting Sales Goals
  • Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & the outs of product offerings optional packages & latest technology
  • Perform highquality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Followup with buyers to ensure referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analyses.
  • Bring your A game & positive attitude with you every day
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
Qualifications
  • Available to work flexible hours & Saturdays
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs
  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers
  • Professional wellgroomed personal appearance.
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Willing to submit to a preemployment drug screen (THC is not tested for pre employment)
  • Must be at least 18 years or older
