Job Description

Intermediate Estimator

Our client a reputable subcontractor within the internal fitout industry are now looking to appoint an Estimator to join their experienced team and assist in the pricing of multimillionpound tenders and packages.

With a current turnover of almost 40 Million pounds our client works across both the commercial and residential sector with a portfolio of bespoke projects completed.

This is an ideal role for an individual or trainee Estimatorwhowants to take the next step in their career and progress forward.

Responsibilities:

Downloading and setting up tender documents

Updating tender log

Bid coordination

chasing quotes

Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors

Key Experience:

Knowledge of interior fit out

Proficient in Excel Knowledge of Oncentreor Conquest advantageous

Strong negotiation skills

Ability to read drawings andunderstand from a technical perspective
