Job Description
Location: Waterfall Durban
Hire Resolves client is looking for a motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee and coordinate field operations in the Waterfall area of Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of field workers ensuring the successful completion of projects and maintaining high levels of productivity and quality.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate field operations in the Waterfall area of Durban
Lead a team of field workers and ensure they are properly trained and motivated
Assign tasks and prioritize work to meet project deadlines
Monitor and evaluate the progress of field operations and adjust schedules as needed
Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues or concerns to management
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Communicate effectively with team members clients and other stakeholders
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Earth Science or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of water and wastewater systems is a plus
