Job Description
Mission Statement:Holy Rosary Catholic School is centered on the Eucharist and our community is encouraged to bring Christs presence to everyone we meet. We follow Jesus example through prayer love service and using our talents in the pursuit of academic excellence with a deep love for learning.
Essential Tasks:
- Model lessons for various subject areas;
- Meet with teachers to review student work
- Support and share best practices with K12 teachers as needed
- Engage collaboratively in the schoolwide ELA goals
- Give feedback on practices examining student work
- Make suggestions for improving student literacy
- Make suggestions for individual students who have particular learning differences or needs
- Use their knowledge of strategies that are sensitive to the multiple experience and diversity of learners that allow for different ways of demonstrating learning by all learners including the educationally challenged socioeconomic disadvantaged and those who are English Language Learners
- Collaborate with staff and other professionals to promote student growth and development
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate required
Compensation and hours
- $50 per hour with a maximum of 100 hours $5000 for the year
