The Growth and Partnerships team is the revenuegenerating arm of the Ei Shiksha a vertical of EI that exclusively works with lowincome or government schools. It takes EIs expertise in assessments educational research and technologybased personalized adaptive learning and builds solutions/programmes/products contextualised for the BoP settings. This is done in collaboration with state governments international grant makers corporate foundations and NGOs. You will lead the Account Management team and ensure Shikshas existing implementation of Mindspark are implemented successfully and ensure retention/upsell for existing clients:
Account Management and Client Retention:
1. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts including corporates NGOs grantmakers governments etc
2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure retention and upsell opportunities for all clients yearoveryear.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
Compliance Reporting and Client Delight:
1. Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations including audit reporting invoicing and agreement adherence.
2. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate reports for clients.
3. Identify and execute activities that go beyond contractual KPIs to enhance client satisfaction and engagement.
Leadership and Team Management:
1. Manage and mentor a small team within the Account Management vertical driving performance and professional growth.
2. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align efforts and achieve organizational goals.
3. Represent the organization in client meetings industry events and onsite engagements to build trust and deepen relationships.
Requirements
A Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or a related field is a minimum requirement for this position. A Masters degree in the same field would be an added advantage.
10 years of experience in a leadership role in a relevant field such as account management communications or marketing. Proven track record of driving growth and leading teams would be an added benefit.
Experience in the EdTech industry is preferred with knowledge of the latest trends best practices and industry regulations.
