Classification of work includes:
Foundation Repair injections installing piers and anchors etc.
Waterproofing (Interior drainage systems exterior drainage downspouts sump sumps etc.
Daily tasks required:
Showing up on time
Work as a team to complete job in a timely manner
Cleaning and preparing construction sites
Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
Digging backfilling installing material
Following instructions from supervisors
Requirements:
Must have a drivers license or state ID (reliable transportation to work required)
Be at least 18 years of age
Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks
Ability to work in all weather
Workers must be punctual and reliable
Previous construction experience is a bonus but not required
Job Perks:
Starting salary dependent on prior experience
Monthly bonus system adds another $1.00 $6.00 per hour dependent on monthly crew production (after 90 days)
Starting wage will be evaluated after 90 days probation period. Most employees will receive a raise after 90 days of good performance.
