Job Description
Location: Vadodara Office
Key Responsibilities :
- Development and Implementation:
- Develop Android Applications: Create and maintain Android apps using Kotlin. Implement features that improve user engagement and operational efficiency.
- Code Optimization: Optimize existing code to enhance application performance and reliability. Ensure all code is clean scalable and welldocumented.
- AI and Machine Learning Integration: Implement AI tools to enhance functionalities such as appointment scheduling route optimization and patient data analysis.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify track and resolve bugs and issues reported by users or flagged by system diagnostics.
- Collaboration and Project Management:
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other developers UI/UX designers and project managers to ensure cohesive development and deployment strategies. Participate in peer code reviews and collaborate on crossfunctional teams.
- Agile Development Practices: Engage in Agile development methodologies participating in sprints standups and retrospectives to continuously improve the development process.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for code and architectural decisions to assist in future maintenance and upgrades.
- Deployment and Maintenance:
- App Deployment: Manage the deployment of apps through the Google Play Store including beta releases and final publishing.
- Maintenance and Updates: Regularly update the applications to add new features fix bugs and improve performance. Monitor user feedback to guide future development.
- Continuous Learning and Improvement:
- Professional Development: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements in Kotlin and Android development. Explore new tools and technologies that can be leveraged to improve the development process and product offerings.
- Feedback Implementation: Actively seek and respond to feedback from users and stakeholders to enhance app functionality and user experience.
- Technical Competencies:
- Proficiency in Relevant Technologies: Strong skills in Kotlin Java Firebase API integration and SQLite. Experience with GIT for version control and familiarity with publishing applications on the Google Play Store.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues optimize application performance and innovate solutions that enhance user experience.
- Quality Assurance: Commitment to developing highquality robust software through comprehensive testing including unit integration and endtoend testing methodologies.
