Job Title: Kindergarten Teacher Location: Trinidad Independent School District Grade Level: KindergartenPosition Overview: Trinidad ISD is seeking a motivated and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a nurturing and engaging classroom environment for young learners. The Kindergarten Teacher will implement the Amplify and Eureka curriculum ensuring that students develop strong foundational skills in literacy mathematics and socialemotional learning.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement engaging lesson plans using the Amplify and Eureka curriculum.Foster a positive inclusive and motivating classroom atmosphere where students are encouraged to learn grow and reach their full potential.Provide differentiated instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners in a small class size environment.Assess and monitor student progress regularly and provide individualized support as needed.Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development to enhance instructional practices.Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress.Encourage socialemotional growth and help students develop skills for success in school and beyond.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.State certification in Early Childhood Education (or eligible for certification).Experience working with young children preferably in a Kindergarten setting.Familiarity with Amplify and Eureka curriculum (preferred but not required).Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills.Passion for fostering a positive learning environment and inspiring young minds.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the school community.How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to complete an application (trinidadisd) and submit application to Michael Warren at Trinidad ISD is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
