Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Information Technology Sales Manager to join our team. This midlevel position is a fulltime role based in Mumbai or Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in IT sales and demonstrate strong expertise in strategic business development and client relationship management.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven ability in B2B sales strategies with a focus on building and maintaining lasting client relationships. (Mandatory skill)
  • Indepth knowledge of SaaS sales techniques with the capacity to convey technical product details effectively. (Mandatory skill)
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills to drive successful sales outcomes. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience in IT sales with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Proficient in lead generation demonstrating the ability to identify viable sales opportunities within targeted markets.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence and drive decisionmaking processes at all levels of client organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Goaloriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to boost sales volume and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT landscape to expand market presence.
  • Nurture and maintain robust client relationships to ensure repeat business and longterm partnerships.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals tailored to client specifications and business objectives.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with technical teams to align sales efforts with product development.
  • Analyze sales metrics and performance data to inform planning and strategic adjustments.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
  • Lead a dynamic sales team providing coaching and guidance to achieve collective goals.
