Job Description
Responsibilities:
Plan execute and oversee the development and implementation of IT projects from inception to completion.
Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans timelines and budgets and ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
Coordinate and lead crossfunctional teams including developers designers and testers to achieve project goals.
Monitor project progress identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Communicate project status updates and key milestones to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives.
Conduct regular project meetings facilitate discussions and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Continuously evaluate project performance identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to optimize project delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the IT industry with at least 2 years of experience in project management roles.
Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from initiation to closure including software development projects.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire crossfunctional teams to achieve project objectives.
Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies tools and techniques.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
