Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to join our team at Lords Mark Industries Ltd. This fulltime midlevel position is based in Thane and is suitable for candidates with up to 6 years of relevant experience. The Executive Assistant will provide highlevel support to executive leadership ensuring efficient operation across various administrative functions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for effective document management presentation creation and data analysis.
- Strong calendar management skills to effectively schedule and coordinate meetings for executives.
- Experience in travel coordination including booking flights accommodation and organizing itineraries.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage executive schedules efficiently.
- Demonstrated aptitude in event planning including organizing corporate meetings events and conferences.
- Proven track record as an executive assistant with experience supporting senior management in administrative functions.
- Ability to assist the Managing Director in various administrative tasks and support functions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients stakeholders and internal teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage executive schedules including arranging meetings appointments and travel logistics efficiently.
- Prepare and edit correspondence reports and presentations with keen attention to detail.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings ensuring all logistical and technical requirements are met.
- Serve as the first point of contact for executive inquiries directing them to the appropriate team members as needed.
- Assist in the planning and of company events including conferences and seminars.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure the executives are fully prepared for meetings by gathering pertinent information and documentation.
- Support various projects and initiatives as needed providing administrative expertise and organizational skills.
