Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Head of Accounts to work with one of our clients who are into fitness industry catering to corporate companies. As the Head of Accounts you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial operations within the company. This includes accounts payable and receivable budgeting and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of experience in a similar role and possess exceptional leadership and communication skills.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g. CPA CMA) is highly desirable
  • Proven experience as a Head of Accounts or similar role
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting principles practices and standards
  • Experience with accounts payable and receivable budgeting and financial reporting
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely processing and collections
  • Prepare and monitor budgets and provide financial forecasts
  • Generate regular financial reports and MIS reports for management
  • Manage and lead the accounting team providing guidance and support
  • Review and analyze financial data identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
  • Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in financial management
