ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting time for us as we have a role for a Functional Business Analyst Dynamics 365

& Power Platform within our Technology department. Were looking for someone to revolutionise

crickets business processes to elevate efficiency and drive growth. If you consider yourself

crafting custom solutions managing seamless integrations and guiding our organisation through

strategic innovations we want to hear from you. We have big ambitions for this space so were

looking for drive passion and energy to bring our plans to life.

Reporting to the Product Manager CRM Platforms youll be responsible for:

Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into

technical requirements for Dynamics 365 implementations

Designing and proposing solutions that leverage Dynamics 365 capabilities

Customisation and configuration of Dynamics 365 environments including; entities forms

workflows and dashboards to meet business needs

Testing and quality assurance including; unit testing integration testing and user acceptance

testing to ensure solutions meet business needs

Providing training and support to end users ensuring they are proficient in using the Dynamics

365 system and can troubleshoot common issues

Continuous improvement through regular review and optimisation of Dynamics 365 solutions

from user feedback and evolving business needs

Keeping updates of new Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features and industry trends to

ensure we are continuously improving in line with best practice

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Relevant tertiary qualifications: Bachelor or Masters degree in Business Technology or HR

related discipline

Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 including; Fundamentals 365 Power

Platform Consultant are highly desirable

Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 applications and features including customisation

configuration and management

Experience with data import export migration techniques within Dynamics 365

Ability to map and optimise business processes and requirements to drive solutions

You will have a strong analytical and commercial mindset that can look around corners

Proficiency in working collaboratively with crossfunctional teams including technical

developers project managers and end users
