Are you an experienced teacher with strong leadership skills looking for a Head of Year role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to take on a key pastoral leadership position supporting students academic and personal development from September 2025.
Salary: TLR 2.2 5530
Head of Year Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead motivate and support a year group to ensure high standards of behaviour and achievement.
- Oversee student welfare attendance and pastoral care initiatives.
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to implement effective interventions.
- Engage with parents and external agencies to promote student success.
Head of Year Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching and leading pastoral care.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to student welfare and safeguarding.
