What youll do:
- Audit federate and coordinate VDC models for multiple projects ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Conduct clash detection perform quality control checks and extract data from models for project reporting and sustainability calculations.
- Use Openspace and 3D lidar scans for validating trades installation and asbuilt verification.
- Provide technical support and training to project teams while maintaining and updating project documentation using BIM360 and SharePoint.
- Liaise with Design Managers site teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and stay updated on DE technology advancements.
Who you are:
- 5 years of DE/BIM industry experience with 2 years in a coordination role and relevant tertiary qualifications in Architecture Engineering or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of local DE requirements including ISO 19650 VDAS and the NCC and proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other software tools like 12D Tekla and ReCap.
- Experienced in clash detection reporting and managing Common Data Environments (CDE) such as BIM360 Aconex and ProCore.
- Skilled in coordination software like Navisworks BIM360/ACC Model Coordination and Revizto with excellent problemsolving organisation and communication skills.
