Job Description
The Depotss daily purpose is to craft excellence in all we do so as to foster authentic hospitality for our guests and each other. At The Depot we focus on sustainably sourced & fresh seafood high quality proteins and locally grown produce on our everevolving and globally inspired menu. We compliment our incredible cuisine with a wide array of spirits a boutique wine selection rotating beer options and a creative craft cocktail program.
- Take orders from bar customers for food and beverages.
- Deliver all beverages in a timely fashion
- Maintain cleanliness organization and appearance of your section
- Running food whenever needed to both your tables and your teammates
- Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner
- Desired but not necessary previous experience as a server in a fullservice restaurant
- Ability to memorize all the ingredients in both the menu as well as daily/weekly specials
- General knowledge of wine cocktails and beer
- Ability to stand walk and carry for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs
- Must have a courteous friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Daytime & Night time availability required
- We pay out tips nightly to our staff and base wages after applicable taxes are paid out weekly on Fridays
- The base wages range on average from $2.13 tips to $5.00 tips based on experience.
