Job Description

Location: Augsburg Germany.
Type of contract: Permanent onsite.
Your tasks:
- Collaborate on key projects for themultilingual car rental platform including landing pages booking flows and selfservice features.
- Develop a Node.jsbased middleware by working closely with frontend and backend teams to implement business logic and REST APIs.
- Take ownership of technical improvements advancing both JavaScript backends and web frontends for desktop tablet and mobile devices.
- Optimize the tech stack ensuring the applications remain stateoftheart.
- Work closely with product managers contribute your own ideas and implement innovative features.
Requirements
- Education: Completed training as an IT specialist or a degree in computer science or a related field.
- Practical Experience: Initial experience in frontend or backend development with an understanding of objectoriented programming concepts.
- Tech Stack: Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and interest in modern web development with React Angular or Vue.js as well as Node.js (e.g. Fastify Express Koa). Basic Linux shell experience is a plus.
- Digital Mindset: Passion for web development and a strong sense of UI/UX.
- Drive & Team Spirit: Strong quality awareness handson mentality communication skills and team orientation.
- Languages: Fluent German (C1 level) and good English skills.
