Position overview:
Eurasia Group the worlds top political risk management firm is looking for a highcaliber leading global expert to join the firm as the Head of Human Resources. The leader will serve as a critical partner to the firms CEO senior leadership managers and employees and is directly responsible for strategizing implementing and managing crucial human resource (HR) processes and programs and overseeing office management. The role requires strong HR and business acumen and the ability to influence and partner crossfunctionally to impact strategic and operational objectives. With a global footprint and aggressive growth agenda the firms Head of Human Resources must be a highcapacity thinker and agile administrator who is innovative yet pragmatic.
