Physical Therapist

REHABRehab 5 & 6

13 week contract

$55.25hr

36 hoursguaranteed.

2 years experience minimum required. Must have FL license active and on profile. HWL interview and Manager direct offer.

Radius Rule 50 miles from facility. FLOATING REQUIRED Travelers are first to float possibly flo

at to other sister campuses as well. ALL RTO or SCHEDULE REQUESTS must be on submission HCF will not be approving RTO or schedule requests after submission. (Please load all Demographic information at time of submittal: Address email full DOB full SS RN license number. We will NOT be able to confirm anyone without this demographic information loaded in the profile. Culture is VERY important here. Travelers are welcomed into the units and are expected to function as core staff does. Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start. No exceptions for pending docs.

Rehab needs a PT start time 8am for 8hr shifts. Must have acute care RECENT experience. prior travel preferred.
HWL IVS to review profile and Manager to direct interview and offer. Radius Rule 50 miles enforced. Floating required as needed per department. All RTO must be on profile @ submission or will not be reviewed. Please load all demographic information to the HCP profile in the portal. Must have active FL or compact license visible through Nursys. Floating possible but rare.
