Position Overview:

We are looking for a forwardthinking Kiosk Leader to lead our innovative mall kiosk concept in Lenox Square Mall. This leader will be willing to stop shoppers in their tracks to interact with our technology and view luxury formalwear rentals. Youll be responsible for the daytoday operations of a sleek techdriven space designed to reimagine the formalwear experience.

From ensuring our inventory looks its best to cultivating relationships that elevate our brand youll be at the heart of a modern retail experience that redefines how shoppers view formalwear.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daytoday operations including opening and closing procedures
• Have a sense of ownership over the kiosks operations appearance and performance
• Enthusiastic and approachable demeanor to engage both customers and employees
• Ensure the showroom is wellmaintained clean and organized for an inviting customer experience
• Monitor sales goals and implement strategies to achieve targets
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers by guiding style selection and outfit coordination
• Address customer inquiries concerns and feedback promptly and professionally
• Handle online appointments walkins and local partnership inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
• Find innovative ways to engage with customers and draw them to the kiosk
• Recruit train and supervise showroom employees to maintain a high level of service quality
• Create employee schedules and manage staffing levels to meet customer demand
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees
• Drive change by championing new initiatives fostering a culture of continuous improvement and guiding employees through transitions with resilience and enthusiasm

• 12 years of leadership experience in a customerfacing retail or sales environment
• Willingness to work in a fastpaced highenergy retail environment
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a small team
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using technology online shopping email and basic office software
• Ability to address operational challenges and customer issues quickly and effectively
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
• Previous experience in retail leadership fashion retail or formalwear rental is highly desirable
