Job Description
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Salesperson to join our team in Payne Brownsville. The Salesperson will be responsible for selling products and services to customers providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
**Qualifications:**
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus
Proven experience in sales retail or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customeroriented mindset with a passion for sales
Ability to work well in a team environment
Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
**Responsibilities:**
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Understand customer needs and recommend products or services that best fit those needs
Conduct sales transactions and process payments accurately
Meet and exceed sales goals by upselling and crossselling
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Keep the sales floor clean and organized
Stay up to date on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid drivers license for at least 3 consecutive years
- Must have or be able to get a Texas drivers license
- Must have a clean driving record
