Position Summary:
Leads patient experience in the hospital. Conducts proactive rounds on patient care areas assessing the service excellence provided and providing consultation as needed. Serves as a mentor/coach in service excellence. Navigatorprovides patient care coordination by serving as a liaison between a patient and the practitioners and services they may require throughout the organization. Designs and implements programming aimed at alleviating healthcare disparities and inequities.

High School Diploma
Bachelors degree in Nursing life sciences psychology sociology education health care administration communicationor other health care related field or will complete within 5 years.
Minimum of five years professional nursing / clinical health care experience.
Current PA registered nurse license or licensure in clinical field as required.
Ability to apply a high level of interpersonal skills and crisis management techniques.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Ability to maintain and generate reports from patient complaint software.
High level of organizational skills.
Willingness to honor patients preferred gender identity and use the pronouns and terminology that the patient prefers.
Understand the differences between gender assigned at birth and the gender the patients self describe or selfidentify.
