Our client a missiondriven organization with a commitment to environmental sustainability and responsible business practices is seeking a dedicated and dependable Junior Accountant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities for the Job:
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Verify and reconcile invoices ensuring proper approvals and coding
- Assist in preparing payment runs and maintaining vendor relationships
- Work independently to manage tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Support monthend and yearend closing processes
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless workflow and alignment with company goals
- Adhere to company policies and industry best practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence
Experience & Attributes for Success:
- Postsecondary education in accounting finance or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 2 5 years experience in a similar accountspayable focused accounting support role
- Proficiency with NetSuite accounting software and MS Office Suite
- A selfstarter with a proactive approach to problemsolving
- Highly reliable and dependable with a strong sense of accountability
- Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency
- Adaptable and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
