Inventory Locator Service (ILS) a division of CAMP has helped customers by collecting data about parts available in the marketplace and organizing them into one userfriendly database. Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and technical Sales Engineer to join our team. This role bridges the gap between technical expertise and customer engagement ensuring our solutions meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

  • PreSales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and demonstrate how SalesEdge Commerces eCommerce platform can address their pain points.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide indepth technical knowledge of our platform including its integration with ERPs and customize presentations to showcase its capabilities.
  • Solution Design: Partner with clients to design tailored eCommerce solutions that align with their business processes and objectives.
  • Customer Onboarding: Work with implementation teams to ensure smooth deployment of our solutions translating customer requirements into actionable plans.
  • Demo and Training: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and provide training sessions to clients teams.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between customers and product development teams to communicate enhancement requests feedback and emerging market trends.
  • Documentation: Prepare technical proposals solution architectures and supporting materials for sales and implementation teams.
  • Relationship Building: Establish trust and credibility with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders to drive longterm client success.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Business or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in technical sales sales engineering or customerfacing technical role preferably in eCommerce or software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with eCommerce platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work in a fastpaced customerfocused environment with competing priorities.
  • Experience in the aviation aftermarket industry is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce Hubspot) project management software and other sales enablement technologies.
