About Your New Role:
As our Health Programs Pharmacist you will be a vital member of our team collaborating with the National Manager to develop and deliver cuttingedge CareClinic programs that set new industry standards. Your primary focus will be on creating professional standards protocols and instore procedures to ensure that TWC CareClinic programs remain bestinmarket.
Working under the guidance of our National Manager Health Programs you will have the opportunity to:
Shape the future of TWC CareClinic programs developing a framework that is simple scalable and surpasses market expectations.
Manage the development and implementation of innovative CareClinic programs both in our physical pharmacy environment and through digital channels.
Champion new and groundbreaking initiatives aligned with the TWC customer calendar and our overarching brand strategy.
Collaborate with our Operations and Learning & Development teams to ensure flawless of health programs in our stores.
Provide professional and clinical support to our broader team contributing to the development of impactful strategies
What we are looking for:
If you are an ambitious pharmacist with previous community pharmacy experience this is the perfect opportunity to take your career to new heights! In addition to your experience we are looking for individuals with the following qualities:
A strategic thinker with exceptional planning skills capable of envisioning and executing successful programs.
Proficient in applying bestpractice guidelines within a pharmacy setting ensuring the highest quality of care for our customers.
A persuasive communicator who can engage and influence stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
Skilled in building strong internal and external relationships demonstrating outstanding stakeholder management abilities.
Possess a strong sense of urgency consistently delivering against priorities with enthusiasm and efficiency.
A creative problemsolver able to analyse complex issues and develop innovative and practical solutions.
Excellent organizational and project management skills ensuring seamless of program initiatives.
