Were looking for a seasoned Controller with strong Toyota dealership experienceespecially with Southeast Toyotaand the leadership skills to oversee our accounting operations HR IT and facility functions. This is a highimpact highresponsibility role at a company that values ethics innovation and people.
What Youll Do:
- Lead all dealership financial and accounting operations with a handson approach
- Supervise accounting staff and facilities/maintenance supervisor
- Manage monthend close maintain internal controls and ensure accuracy of financial statements
- Reconcile all bank accounts maintain the general ledger and review financial schedules
- Handle tax filings (local state federal) and coordinate with external auditors
- Oversee dealership insurance policies and claims
- Monitor daily financial trends and provide key insights to department leaders
- Manage HR operations including onboarding handbook updates and labor law compliance
- Coordinate IT and software systems in conjunction with vendors and staff
- Administer floorplan management and cash flow
- Review and approve checks contracts and agreements
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience as a dealership controllerToyota and Southeast Toyota experience strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of dealership accounting HR compliance and operational best practices
- A clear communicator who can lead organize and manage multiple priorities
- Detailoriented techsavvy and comfortable working across departments
- Must pass background check MVR and drug screening
