Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for aSecurity Contract Managerto join us here at Securitas.
This is an opportunity for a talented Security Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of operational security at a site in Yeovil. If you have first class people management skills with the ability to drive service excellence then we are keen to hear from you.
This role will see you provide operational and strategic leadership to a large site security and front of house team. Prior security management experience is essential. In particular experience leading large sitebased teams is preferred.

- SIA essential
- Driving licence essential

Experience managing the delivery of operational security
A people manager with experience leading large teams 15
A passion for service excellence.
Experience implementing security strategy and policy SOPs etc.
Experience of positively engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
Strong track record of managing a large diverse team
Leadership and Management qualification is essential to ensure success in the role
Knowledge of rostering and optimising workforce management
Compliance and governance knowledge within the security sector.
Proactive approach with ability to work within an agile environment.
Under pressure working with the ability to work within time restrains proving exceptional service
Lead and motivate develop and mentor a team.
Being the beacon for support and mentorship to establish a happy safe and healthy workforce with the ability to provide comprehensive updates to client as well as direct to branch.
