Salud Para La Gente (Salud) provides high quality comprehensive and costeffective full scope primary care services to underserved lowincome communities in the Monterey Bay area including Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties. Salud began in Watsonville in 1978 as a storefront free clinic and with a growing need for health services became a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Today Salud is a primary health care network with four primary clinic sites school based sites and over 400 employees. We provide high quality services to patients of all ages. We are seeking a dynamic Care Team Nurse to work within the clinical care team providing support in the delivery of patient care as well as direct patient care. The Care Team Nurse utilizes nursing skills and judgement to triage patients and provide patient education along with providing direct patient care such as medical procedures immunizations and medication delivery. Additionally in collaboration with the Associate Director of Nursing the Care Team Nurse provides supervision and guidance to certified medical assistants within the care team. The Care Team Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills and leadership and models team based care.

SALARY & BENEFITS
Salary: $105209.32 $127882.56/yr
Benefits: available to all regular Salud employees working 24 hours per week. Parttime employees may receive some benefits on a prorated basis.
