JOB DESCRIPTION: Supervises and coordinates activities of 2 to 15 employees in meat area. Will interview and hire applicants order product and supplies. Will maintain all paperwork and bookkeeping. Will also do a variety of meat cutting and wrapping duties including using meat saw slicer grinder tenderizer wrapping and weight equipment stocking shelves and cases serving customers by obtaining orders may receive money and make change and do general cleaning if needed. May work in refrigerated area. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Use hand arms and fingers to handle tools or operate power equipment. Work in standing position for 8 hours a day. Cut and trim meat poultry and fish to size. Use basic math to measure and estimate material quantities. Keep workstation clean and sanitary. Lift and handle bulky materials and products. DESIRED NONESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Weigh wrap and price merchandise. Stock display cases. Take customer orders. Receive money and make change.
