We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for integrated projects ranging from strategies activations creator marketing creative content for social media and more. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who is processoriented unafraid to ask questions organized and highly collaborative on integrated projects.

The job
As the Senior Project Manager across programs with concurrent workflows youll work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver for our clients. Youll collaborate with account specialty and project management peers to ensure that project deliverables map to strategic intent and brand guidelines while meeting timeline and budget requirements.
About your daytoday:
Senior Project Managers focus on daily project management supporting financial management and using team collaboration skills for the delivery of projects. They both support and work independently alongside project leads managing project deliverables within timing and budget.
Responsibilities
- Development of business acumen by assisting in defining scopes building estimates and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Use of project management tools to author and maintain project schedules project briefs cost estimates budgets and other relevant project documentation with input and oversight from relevant team members.
- Anticipate and support the needs of projects resolving project issues and removing barriers to success for the team.
- Manage project burn and identify and flag scope creep.
- Proactively communicate and manage hours tasks and timelines with integrated team members
- Schedule and attend meetings develop and manage meeting notes communicate next steps and assign and follow up on actions.
- Support client management in partnership with the account team including managing client feedback driving next steps proactively communicating project implications managing project burn and tracking against scope.
- Partner with resource management to manage staff plans and future staffing requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across different teams and seek opportunities for crossteam connectivity.
Basic Qualifications
- A Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- 46 years of project management at an integrated marketing or PR agency or related experience
- Strong passion for and demonstrated knowledge of project management and integrated programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and SmartSheet (or other similar project management tool)
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong organization communication and project management skills.
- A love for all things social and creator. You tend to be in the know of trends features and emerging platforms.
- Strong interest in AI topics and applications.
- Ability to work on a range of deliverables.
- A track record of executing successful social influencer and digital programs (we would love to hear about this!.
- Ability to remain agile yet focused in a fastpaced environment.
- Teamfirst mentality working with your team to deliver bestinclass work to Microsoft.
$72000 $115000 a year

An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance travel requirements revenuebased metrics any contractual agreements and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEHs total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses a Paid Time Off policy and regionspecific benefits.
