Job Description
Our client is looking for a Litigation Associate to join their Litigation Practice Group. The firm specializes in intellectual property assets in the United States and abroad. They currently have approximately 60 full time attorneys and patent professionals.
The firm is exclusively focused on intellectual property law. They have clients focused on engineering biotechnology computer science and chemistry.
The position will be involved in all facets of patent law including litigation consulting counseling and analysis.
Minimum Requirements:
- 24 years of litigation experience in federal courts the PTAB and/or the U.S. International Trade Commission
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail are required. Experience in drafting pleadings discovery and taking/defending depositions is preferred.
- Patent litigation experience is highly preferred and a technical background in electrical computer or mechanical engineering is a plus.
