Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (AGNP)
An Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner is needed in San Rafael CA
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in San Rafael California. San Rafael is well recognized for its vibrant downtown area stunning natural surroundings including Mount Tamalpais and its role as a cultural and commercial hub in Marin County.

Salary and Benefits
- Starting salary range: $135000 to $160000 (higher salaries may be offered to experienced providers who speak Spanish)
- Sign on bonus: $50000 (program terms apply)

Responsibilities
- Monday through Friday seeing an average of 20 patients per day.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) or ability to speak medical Spanish is preferred but not required.
- EMR system is EPIC
- Willing to assume primary care role for a full patient panel
Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner Certification for the State of California
- DEA License
- Minimum of 3 years experience in outpatient primary care setting
- Experience in community health setting highly preferred
- Unless you have an exemption employer asks that you present proof of COVID19 vaccination
