As our new Holiday Operations Account Manager youll own the end to end planning delivery and strategic development of the Jet2holidays Holidays ThirdParty Operation while consistently optimising the customer experience and operational efficiency with Jet2 delivering industryleading service.

What youll be doing:
- Develop and Review MI (which will be agreed as a part of the agency agreement) to include the establishment and embedding of a formal supplier operational review framework
- Proactively manage suppliers to ensure all aspects of Holiday Operations processes and KPIs are met
- Develop demand forecasting and action plans with agents for underperformance development and year on year improvements in terms of both supply and performance
- Work with stakeholders and suppliers on improvements and initiatives for the customer.
- To cover process improvements revenue opportunities etc
- Identify manage and escalate issues inc. stakeholder management
- Agree and document process ensuring any changes to this are managed including stakeholder management both internally and externally
- Be the SME for Holiday Operations from happy path through to issues and disruption
- Support with Operational Implementation assess skills and develop plans to attract and retain people to deliver the operational plan.
- Review and development of balanced scorecards including action plans where service is not being met and/or opportunities are spotted
- Development of new strategies andprocesses toincrease on timeperformance and delivery of KPIs
- Complete accurate and timely reporting on Holiday Operations.
- Continuous improvements in customer experience through regular and deep dive case management operational reviews.
- Review destination operational demand and analyse suppliermanagementof the demand.
- Coaching of resort management and thirdparty suppliers in systems and process
- Enforce agreed SLA (destination specific)
- Embedding technology into theOperationand seeking continuous system improvement
- Analysisinvestigationand review of all Holiday Operations data toestablishareas of improvement noncompliance to SLA and correct categorisation of issues.
What youll have:
- A proven track record in a similar role with both tour operator and airline operational experience is essential.
- Proven operational planning and or logistical experience.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Highly numerate analytical and accurate with excellent attention to detail.
